thechroniclesofthemclains: I started this journey to lose weight and become physically fit after I gained an astonishing 75 pounds within the last three years of pregnancy and caring for infants. While the weight gain was depressing and an emotional time for me, I have two beautiful children as a result and I wouldn't change a thing! However, I have decided to become motivated to losing this weight, becoming a positive influence on others and hoping to become a role model for my children, by setting a foundation for health and exercise and the benefits it has for your body and mind. Owen is almost 5 years old now and is always on the go. He loves swimming, riding his bike and playing at parks! His sister, Harper, almost 3, is a little firecracker! Her personality shines and she is such a little princess, just like her favorites, Barbie, Rapunzel and Ariel. My husband is my inspiration. He works nonstop at his job and then comes home and makes sure that his family is happy and smiling. I don't know how he does it, but he makes me a better person every day and I could not thank God enough for blessing me with him!
